The apartment is very poorly equipped, upon arrival there was no toilet paper, the cleanliness could also be better, there were cobwebs everywhere and a lot of dust under the bed. The apartment probably has the worst smell in the whole house. The windows face the street where there is non-stop noise from noisy neighbors and the terrace is in a quiet part of the garden, but still the air conditioning from the other rooms is humming non-stop and warm air is coming out. After a few days, a strong wind knocked down the awning that additionally covered the terrace, but no one was able to install it back during the entire stay, so we could only use it in the evening. I also have to mention some good guy who turned on a grinder or something every morning around 6:00 and was renovating the room right below us. If it weren't for these inconveniences, everything would be great, since the entire building has a very good location and is nicely done.

Apparently not compliant. Several repairs to be made. Compared to other competition, very high quality and price.
