As it was written 3 years ago, all the air-conditioned indoor units are still black, the smell of mold has permeated the entire apartment. The owner saved it on request, but after a simple wash off outside, we still didn't dare to turn on the still black appliances from the inside. Luckily we fled here just before the ragweed season. The balcony is equipped with outdoor air conditioning, which roared all night. So, if you do not like to sleep or wake up with inflamed eyes in the morning, this apartment is a good choice. Otherwise, the quality of the apartment is good, the cleanliness is good, the owner is kind and helpful. The apartment is spacious, close to the city center, the view from the balcony is very nice (overlooking the old town). The shared terrace in the description is out of the question.
