Two bedroom apartment with terrace and sea view Barbat, Rab A-14247-a

The owner met us at the agreed time, friendly. On the second day, a strong stench appeared in the apartment from behind the refrigerator. Three days of discovering the cause. We found the solution ourselves. The view from the terrace is wonderful. The beaches are lovely, sandy, with a hint of sewage smell. If you can get rid of all the annoying smells, the experience on Rab was interesting. Lots of German tourists. When we left, we expected to meet the owner again, say hello and exchange a few opinions, which did not happen. Communication is becoming digital these days. If you have a boat, the location is great.

The balcony and the sea view are by far the best things about the apartment. Upon arrival, the room wasn't clean. The kitchen has very little equipment for cooking. The landlord suggested we shouldn't cook too often. Apparently, the previous tenants broke a lot of things, for example, the wall lamp in the bedroom. How that could have happened is beyond me! There were no toilet brushes in either bathroom (who would even take something like that???). Every door was damaged or couldn't be closed (broken handles, warped doors, or the locks simply wouldn't work!). The electrical outlets in both bathrooms don't work. The landlord blames everything on the previous tenants. This property seems to be solely focused on maximizing profit. Repairs are rarely, if ever, carried out. The bathrooms are in dire need of renovation. And the bed needs to be replaced. Even the cleaning is appalling. On closer inspection, you can see that the table and floor are smeared with grime.
