Two bedroom apartment with terrace Palit, Rab A-5061-a

Everything in the apartment is old-fashioned. The bath towels are ultra small, it's better not to have them than to give such towels to guests. The apartment doesn't even have the most basic things: salt, pepper... The price is unjustifiably too high, it leaves the feeling that we are being cheated and the guests are there only to pay. €100/day is too expensive considering the condition of the apartment. On the other hand, the service is zero. The old town of Rab is beautiful, but impossible to enjoy considering it is overcrowded with tourists. It's also impossible to enjoy the beach because boats and yachts cause waves non-stop. The noise is also non-stop. I hope that foreign guests will quickly turn their backs on this type of tourism where guests feel cheated.

A German-speaking lady welcomed us, she was helpful and polite throughout. The accommodation welcomes guests with old equipment and furnishings, which are functional, but need some repairs (shutters, taps, shower curtains). The larger terrace is great, shaded in the morning and evening. There is a lot of cutlery, cooking utensils and glasses. The fridge is large, cools and freezes strongly. The air conditioning works well, but is quite noisy. We recommend it to those who want a relatively quiet place, who are not bothered by the fact that the sandy beach is a 15-minute walk away and do not have a great need for a sparkling, new environment or equipment. The nearest shop (food) is a 3-minute walk away, the pedestrian street (greengrocer, pizzeria, restaurants, bakery, other small shops, services) is about 5 minutes away. You can park in front of the house, the owner is helpful with this too, but you must indicate your need when booking. Good value for money accommodation.
