Two bedroom apartment with terrace and sea view Podaca, Makarska A-312-c

For me everything is beautiful and most importantly affordable. I highly recommend it. We will definitely be back.

The second floor apartment exceeded all our expectations. Spacious, shaded balcony with a great view of the sea and the mountains. Fully renovated, well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, convection oven, grill, dishwasher meets all needs. Air conditioning in the living room and two bedrooms ensures the right temperature. Cleanliness everywhere, tastefully furnished apartment, which really meets all aspects. The host is helpful, but not intrusive. I wish everyone such a host. I suggest that they update the description and pictures of the apartment, because it is much nicer and better than it is before the renovation.

A small air conditioning unit in the kitchen with a time limit (not mentioned in any description beforehand). The rest of the rooms have no air conditioning and are very, very hot. No hot water. You can only shower with cold water and minimal water pressure, and sometimes there is no water at all while showering. The bathrooms have a terrible stench of sewage, almost unbearable. One bedroom cannot be darkened. (Very hot) There are no trash cans in the bathrooms. No bath towels, only 4 hand towels. The landlord is a fraud!! 2 hours after checking out I received an email with an alleged "credit" for the remaining cash payment on site. However, we paid the deposit and cash payment in full on site.
