A-312-c
I recommend this accommodation. It's a very spacious apartment, perfect for our family. It has a wonderful, large, shaded terrace where we spent a lot of time, perfect for meals and moments of relaxation. We had everything we needed in the apartment; the well-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities made our stay very comfortable. The air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms worked flawlessly in this heat, and the building kept cool, so there was no need to run it 24/7. The owner is a very nice person, and I wholeheartedly recommend staying here. We've been to Podaca three times, and it's a wonderful place for people who want to relax and unwind without being bothered by crowds. I recommend strolling along the promenade. See you soon!

A-312-c
The second floor apartment exceeded all our expectations. Spacious, shaded balcony with a great view of the sea and the mountains. Fully renovated, well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, convection oven, grill, dishwasher meets all needs. Air conditioning in the living room and two bedrooms ensures the right temperature. Cleanliness everywhere, tastefully furnished apartment, which really meets all aspects. The host is helpful, but not intrusive. I wish everyone such a host. I suggest that they update the description and pictures of the apartment, because it is much nicer and better than it is before the renovation.
