For every booking your guests make, you will receive a notification by email. You can monitor and modify your bookings within the partner's dashboard.
Communication with the guest is carried out by your agency staff only
On receiving a reservation request, Adriatic.hr will send a quote for the reserved service to your agency, which will represent the basis for issuing your own quote to the guest. The guest pays the whole service to you. The voucher is issued by your agency. Your site's visitor remains your guest exclusively, as they believe they have made a reservation of the service from your offer.
