Accommodation: one room with a window, the other without a window (small, couldn't be opened), air conditioning only in the kitchen (the other room was without air). Croatian mentality: mattresses and headboards hard (they wouldn't sleep on them), blankets musty, you have to ask for cleaning agent. And finally towels. 15x20cm. He even accused us of making a mistake. I've never had them check the room after us, let alone the towels. They haven't learned anything in two hundred years of tourism. And actually, I'm asking for €300 back from Booking, because the room without a window was awful.
